I can't hear Sam

Turn the volume up. Sam plays even with the iPhone on silent. If you use Bluetooth headphones, try the iPhone speaker.

Sam cuts itself off or doesn't let me speak

On speaker, the iPhone sometimes mistakes Sam's echo for your voice. Tap Sam (the circle) to make it stop and listen. With headphones it doesn't happen.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Sam.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: "What I know about you" → "Delete my account". Everything is deleted immediately.

I ran out of talks this month

The plan includes 30 talks a month; they reset on the day your subscription renews.
