Tell us which iPhone you have and which version of iOS. If it happened at a particular time, tell us when — entries carry their time and that helps us find it.
Open Settings (the gear on the Today screen) and find the six-character invite code. On the other phone, the first time it opens, choose "I have a code" and type it in. From then on you both see the same thing.
In History, swipe the row to the left: Edit and Delete appear. Edit opens the detail sheet, where you can fix the time, the subtype, the amount and the note. Whatever you fix or delete reaches the other person too.
Press and hold your iPhone's Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget and search for Baby Duo. The medium widget has Feed, Diaper and Sleep buttons that log directly. When you tap one, the widget lights up for a few seconds to acknowledge it — there's a short delay because iOS decides when to redraw it, not the app.
This usually happens after switching phones. Open Settings → Unlock and tap Restore purchases. Baby Duo Plus is a one-time purchase with Family Sharing enabled: if your partner bought it and you're in the same Apple family group, it shows up with Restore purchases.
The Apple Watch app comes with Baby Duo Plus. If you've already bought it and the watch is still locked, open the app on your iPhone with the watch nearby: the state travels from phone to watch and updates as soon as they see each other.
Check that notifications are allowed under iOS Settings → Baby Duo → Notifications. Inside the app, feed and pumping reminders are switched on in Settings and require Plus.
The full history exports to a spreadsheet from Settings → Export the history. To delete your account and everything stored, write to us: we do it within 30 days at the latest. The details are in the privacy policy.
