FliroTerms of Use

These terms apply to the Fliro app by Maden Labs, LLC. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies; where they differ, these terms add to it.
The game
Fliro is a game. Ratings, tiers and leagues reflect how you play Fliro's exercises; they are not a measure of intelligence, ability or health, and Fliro makes no medical or educational claims.
Fair play
Don't use bots, scripts, modified apps or anything else that answers for you. We may discard sessions, reset ratings, or remove accounts that break this rule.
Your display name
Your name is visible to other players. Don't use names that are offensive, impersonate someone, or include personal information. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
Fliro Pro
Ranked play is always free. Fliro Pro is an auto-renewable yearly subscription that unlocks unlimited practice. If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the App Store unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Availability
We work to keep Fliro running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Ranked play needs an internet connection; practice works offline.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continuing to use Fliro means you accept the updated terms.
