Common questions

• Why don't I have a rating? Finish placement first: 15 exercises, 3 from each category. Your ratings appear when it's done.
• A session didn't count. Ranked play needs a connection. If you lose it at the end, the app keeps trying for up to 10 minutes; after that, unanswered exercises count as wrong.
• Keep my progress on a new phone. Profile → Settings → Save your progress with Sign in with Apple, before you switch.
• Cancel Pro. iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Fliro.
• Delete my account. Profile → Settings → Delete account.
